  • Oversee daily food & beverage operations to ensure smooth service

  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations

  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors

  • Prepare sales, operational, and performance reports

  • Implement service standards and improve operational efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 2–5 years relevant experience in F&B operations or management

  • Strong leadership and people-management skills

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and local regulations

  • Good communication and customer-service skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools
