Oversee daily food & beverage operations to ensure smooth service
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Prepare sales, operational, and performance reports
Implement service standards and improve operational efficiency
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years relevant experience in F&B operations or management
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and local regulations
Good communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools
