Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth of outlet operations.

● Provide leadership to senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between departments including operations, marketing, procurement, HR, and finance.

● Oversee P&L, budgeting, and financial performance to ensure sustainable profitability and cost efficiency.

● Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements (e.g. SFA, NEA, MOM) and uphold high operational standards across all outlets.

● Lead expansion plans, including site selection, licensing, outlet setup, and brand development

● Represent the company in external partnerships, vendor/supplier negotiations, and industry networking activities, both locally and overseas.

● Drive innovation in menu development, customer experience, and digital transformation to stay competitive in the market.

● Provide regular performance reports and business insights to stakeholders or company directors.

● Maintain company culture and values, and cultivate a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

● Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector.

● Willingness to travel overseas for business development, supplier visits, or brand expansion initiatives.

● Mandarin-speaking environment.

● Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret P&L, operational KPIs, and cost control data.

● Results-driven with a proactive mindset, capable of steering the company through growth and transformation phases.
