Manufacture and repair of machinery for food products processing

• Using Solidworks to produce mechanical design, simulation, and various engineering solutions
• Design machine automation, and produce the necessary drawing with detailed measurements and specifications for fabrication
• Produce, maintain and update 3D/ 2D renderings, and bill of material (BOM) list, with detailed descriptions
• Review and evaluate machine designs/ design solutions vis-à-vis requirement/ specs
• Produce detailed parts drawing & BOM for fabrication
• Work alongside fabricator and provide support in production/ design modifications
• Perform/ conduct/ lead engineering meetings/ presentations/ discussions
• Select suitable components/ parts for various designs, based on sound engineering understanding and knowledge
• Actively coordinate between customer, vendors and production to deliver product(s) as per customer’s requirements and on schedule
• Liaise with vendor for technical information and specification
• Produce operational/ instructions manual for end users

Qualifications

• Solid command of SolidWorks (3D) software
• At least 2 years relevant experience and knowledge in equipment/ automation design
