Job Description

  • Interacts with Manager, Maintenance, Validation, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Materials Management groups
  • Employee management in area of responsibility
  • Ensure labour levels meet planned requirements
  • Set and monitor department objectives for functional area
  • Carry out quarterly and annual Performance reviews for direct reports
  • Form a training and development plan for direct reports
  • Give general and specific direction to Supervision in order to meet short term and long term goals
  • Support company teaming initiative
  • Other project works as identified by Manager
  • Prepares the manufacturing team to execute strategic company objectives
