Marketing & Content Assistant

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Marketing & Content Assistant to support the Marketing Manager across six diverse brands - including five well-established names in the F&B industry. From buffet catering and tingkat delivery to wellness and confinement meals, our brands are constantly innovating to serve modern households better.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both behind the scenes and in front of the camera, and is looking to grow their experience in marketing, content creation, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media (TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu/小红书)

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content (with guidance and support).
• Propose and execute creative ideas aligned with each brand’s tone.
• Monitor social media trends and apply them to our campaigns.
• Must be comfortable appearing on camera and willing to be featured as on-screen talent for short-form video content when required.

Marketing Support & Admin

• Assist in compiling campaign performance data, reports, and content calendars.
• Help coordinate with vendors, influencers, and freelancers where necessary.
• Conduct basic market research, competitor benchmarking, and platform audits.
• Support event planning, sample distributions, and campaign logistics.
• Keep digital assets and content folders well organised

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field (Fresh grads with relevant experience are welcome).

• Confident, presentable, and comfortable being featured in video content.

• A flair for social media — especially TikTok and/or 小红书.

• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

• Bonus: Knowledge of Mandarin (to handle Xiao Hong Shu content) is a plus.

• Passion or interest in food and local F&B brands is highly preferred.
