Marketing Executive

About Us:
We are a fast-growing indoor farm specializing in high-quality edible flowers and specialty greens, supplying top-tier restaurants and hotels. As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to elevate our brand presence and support commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement and lead generation across both digital and offline channels:

• Execute day-to-day marketing activities, including campaign planning, content creation and digital execution
• Manage and grow the company’s online presence across key platforms
• Ensure marketing plans are executed according to project timelines
• Support the development and distribution of marketing collaterals such as catalogues, brochures and packaging design
• Collaborate with sales and operations team to align campaigns with client communications and trade events
• Coordinate photo shoots or collaborations to showcase product USP and versatility
• Assist in planning and managing company’s participation in events, tastings and exhibitions
• Track marketing metrics, campaign performance and customer engagement data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all materials

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma and above in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related discipline
• Strong organisation, time management and communication skills
• Strong writing and content creation skills (digital, print and social media)
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent platforms
• Working knowledge of digital marketing basics (SEO, social media advertising, email marketing)
• Proven ability to take ownership and drive projects to successful completion
• Experience with or passion for food and hospitality industry is a plus

Working Hours:

• 5 days per week
• Monday – Friday, 9 – 6pm
