We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, managing brand positioning, increasing customer acquisition, and driving revenue growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights
Manage brand positioning and corporate communications
Oversee content creation, advertising, and promotional activities
Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI
Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion
Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
Maintain relationships with media agencies and external vendors
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3–7 years of proven experience in marketing or related role
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data
Experience in budget management
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software
Experience in education industry (if applicable)
Strong understanding of branding and positioning strategies
Creative thinking with problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
