  • Prepare shop drawings
  • Prepare as-built drawings
  • Materials bill of quantities
  • Ensure timely submission of shop drawings
  • Ensure timely submission of as-built drawings
  • Ensure timely submission of materials
  • Co-ordinate with main contractors and other trade contractors, project teams
  • on combined services, drawings, etc.
  • Resolve any site issues and complaints
  • Monitor work progress
  • Plan and implement work activities and schedules
