M&E Project Engineer

Work Days: 5.5 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works at project sites.
• Review and interpret M&E drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
• Monitor site progress to ensure M&E works are carried out according to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical and site issues.
• Conduct inspections and assist in testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Provide regular site updates and technical reports to the Project Manager.
• Support procurement activities and ensure proper documentation of project records.
• Assist in troubleshooting and basic circuit-related tasks (knowledge of electrical circuits is an advantage).

Requirements:

• ITE Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in M&E or construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits is preferred.
• Familiarity with local M&E codes, safety regulations, and construction site practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD / BIM and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
