M&E Technician

You will be stationed in HDB Commercial Complexes.

Job Description :
1 - Conduct inspections of all mechanical and electrical equipments

2 - Carry out preventative maintenance (PPM) as scheduled, and attend breakdowns cases as and when reported

3 - Ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems daily

4 - Perform adhoc maintenance or repairs works whenever necessary

5 - Participate in site meetings and briefings to stay informed about project progress, maintenance needs, and issues that may arise.

Requirements:
1 - Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical / ITE / NITEC or other relevant industries certificate in air-con servicing

2 - At least 1 year of relevant experience in dealing with building's air-conditioning issues.
