M&E Technician

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance works
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Prepare basic service reports, checklists, and job records
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely completion of works
• Attend to ad-hoc repair works and emergency breakdowns when required
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition

Job Requirements

• Relevant certifications (e.g. Electrical Worker Licence, BCA, safety courses) will be an advantage
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant M&E working experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and M&E equipment
• Ability to read basic drawings, schematics, and technical instructions
• Willing to work on-site and overtime when required
• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on work
• Team player with good attitude and willingness to learn
