Job Description

Maintenance & routine servicing of vehicles including buses / coaches / trucks
Carry out breakdown mechanical repair, trouble –shoot bus/vehicle mechanical parts, electrical systems, alternator, starters.
To carry out changing of clutch, brakes, linings, adjustment, and any necessary mechanical parts repair or replacement, including checking & testing..etc
To carry out overhaul engine
To solve customer’s complaints & enhance customers’ service
Assembly chassis driveline & supports chassis integration activities with body.
Assembly of chassis driveline including Suspension System & its Tuning, Braking systems & its tuning, steering systems and gear box systems, engine & powertrain, electrical /electronics of systems,.etc
Working with Engineering team & production team across multi-discipline to ensure the vehicle is built according to the specifications, drawings & work instructions.
To ensure quality control measures in process control and outgoing inspections to enhance product quality
Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
