NTI Process Development Engineer - RDA

Job Description:

• As a Realtime Defect Analysis (RDA) Technology Development Engineer at Micron, you’ll use cutting-edge defect detection equipment and data analysis skills to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
• Collaborating with engineers across various domains, your contributions will impact the team globally by driving systematic and random defect improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze experimental process flows: Identify defect anomalies and quarantine out-of-control process tools.
• Embrace continuous improvement: Seek ways to enhance operations
• Raise awareness of process anomalies: Recognize and communicate issues promptly.
• Leverage inline process signals: Drive process improvements using real-time data.
• Explore new inspection tools and strategies: Aim for earlier problem detection and source identification.
• Innovate with existing tools: Develop techniques to identify relevant process issues.
• Manage image classification models: Enable automated reporting systems.
• Collaborate with the global network to develop best-known methods and maintain alignment between sites.
  

Requirements:

• Masters in Chemical Engineering with Minimum 3 Years of Relevent Experience
• Preference for metrology or inspection experience: Especially related to data analysis and root cause investigation.
• Experience with semiconductor inspection equipment.
• Data Science and Data Manipulation skills: Ready to learn and apply basic scripting, coding, or programming.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
