Job Summary

You will manage employee attendance records, prepare appointment letters, and update leave and medical records to support smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and verify staff time cards to ensure accurate attendance tracking .
  • Prepare appointment letters for new hires according to company standards to support onboarding
  • Update employee records for annual leave, replacement off days, medical certificates, and other leave types to maintain accurate leave data
  • Enter data for outport and inventory reports to support operational record-keeping
  • Prepare performance appraisal documents to assist in staff performance evaluations
  • Disburse payslips to promoters to ensure timely salary distribution
  • Answer incoming calls to provide service and support to guests
