Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Deployment planning and rostering of security personnel

- Manage pool of relief guards and deploys them to deployment sites

- Ensure all employed security personnel adhere and perform as per project requirement, company procedures and regulations

- Communicate and resolve any matters highlighted by security personnel onsite timely

- Oversee deployment and liaison with HR department on recruitment

- Conduct performance checks, briefings and ensure implementation of new policies and procedures

- Deliver and collect any logistics of documents to HQ and sites

- Any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager / Director

Requirements:

- Min 3 years of working experience in security or security related field

- Effective communication and instructional skills

- Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to work independently

- Must possess valid PLRD license

- Must possess minimum PWM Security Supervisor (SS) grade
