Operation Manager

1. Oversee daily operations, plan and schedule manpower.
2. Coordinate with HOD and customers to ensure quality service delivery (compiling, analyzing, and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery)
3. Ensure staffs adhere to safety measures when executing laundry tasks/operations.
4. Monitor working time to ensure that overtimes are completed correctly, meeting payroll requirement.
5. Assist in negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied.
6. Ensure that budget guidelines set are followed and deviation to these should be communicated with explanations.
7. Completes other duties as assigned by the Director or HOD.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY, AND CAPACITY:

1. Nitec & above (in any discipline)
2. IT savvy
3. Possess good customer service skills
4. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and juggle multiple priorities.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated success in working on a team.
6. Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
7. Self-motivated, detail-attentive, show a high level of initiative.
8. Experience in laundry industry would be advantageous
9. Class 3 driving license (optional), physically fit as it requires traveling around from site to site
