Job Description

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee our pest control operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control operations, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management:

Supervise and mentor teams of pest control technicians, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.

  • Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, responding promptly to customers concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Quality Control:

Monitor and enforce quality control standards, ensuring compliance with NEA regulations and company protocols.

  • Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.

  • Performance Metrics:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), indentifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

  • Budgeting And Cost Control:

Manage operational budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.

  • Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with the relevants laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience:

5+ Years of experience in pest control sales and operations.

  • Leadership Skills:

Proven leadership and team management experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Pest Control Knowledge:

Very strong understanding and knowledge of pest control principles, practices and regulations.

  • Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, indentify trends and make informed decisions.

  • Problem Solving Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customers issue.

  • Time Management:

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
