Operations Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Update liquid loading schedules, weighing ticket/ Certificate Of Conformance

• Data entry for Delivery Order in SAP system

• Prepare GRN and stock report

• (ISO-Route Card) Liquid from VST to LGC

• Record daily LGC refilling (In & out)

• Monthly LGC movement report to Accounts for billing

• The daily record of the VST balance liquid

• Prepare monthly liquid loss report

• Good Issue (SAP)(ISO-Route Card) liquid from ISO tank to Vertical Storage Tank (VST)

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Preferable candidate possess at least Degree/Diploma in any fields

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

• Knowledge SAP is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

• Saturday, 8:30am to 12:30pm (alternate)

• Singaporean only may apply
