Operations Assistant

· Update daily ISO Tank movement report

· On/off hire trucking arrangement,

· Prepare Tank Release Note (TRN), Tank Arrival Note (TAN) issuance, and ECR Issuance

· Liaise with maintenance engineer & sales team if tanks required for repair

· Weekly ISO tanks movement report, a summary of weekly & monthly reports.

· Schedule for CSC inspection & recertification and prepare CSC inspection report

· Perform stock control and verify if goods received in order and sign

· Perform monthly stock-take

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
