Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations team in ensuring the smooth delivery of the catering, laundry, housekeeping and transportation services in the Home.
• Assist in planning, communicate and implement policies, as well as ensure procedures meet operational excellence.
• Assist in the operation needs of development of the Mission in collaboration with health authorities and agencies.
• Engage and ensure service delivery of contracted vendors and services providers to meet business and operational requirements.
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish the requirements.
• Assist in managing the Build Own Lease (BOL) for the Mission.
• Assist in developing and implementation of the processes, tools, systems, and metrics for Business Continuity Management (BCM), emergency preparedness and response.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in appropriate field of study
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare setting
• Good co-ordination, interpersonal and good communication skills
• Ms Office proficiency
