Job Description

Clinical Care & Treatment: Perform complex procedures including surgical extractions, root canals,, and dental trauma repairs.
Emergency & ER Services: Treat acute dental issues, infections, and facial injuries in the emergency department.
Specialized Care: Provide dental care to patients with complex medical conditions (e.g., cancer patients needing care before radiotherapy, heart patients, or those with bleeding disorders).
Diagnosis: Interpret diagnostic tests, including X-rays and imaging (CBCT) to diagnose infections, pathologies, and fractures.
Operating Room Procedures: Perform dentistry under general anesthesia for patients with severe dental anxiety, intellectual disabilities, or extensive treatment needs.

Collaboration: Work alongside surgeons, oncologists, and pediatricians to manage the oral health of hospital inpatients.

Operational Management: Supervising daily administrative operations, including maintenance of facilities, equipment, and inventory management.
Financial & Budgetary Control: Creating, monitoring, and managing annual budgets, controlling expenses, and overseeing billing and financial performance.
Staff Leadership & HR: Recruiting, training, and supervising personnel, conducting performance appraisals, and managing staff schedules.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and quality standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
Patient Care & Experience: Addressing patient grievances, improving service delivery, and ensuring high-quality care standards are met.
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing long-term goals and policies to enhance hospital growth and performance.
Stakeholder Management: Liaising between medical staff, department heads, and the governing board or external stakeholders.
