We are looking for new talent to join us to provide families a comforting experience for this journey. Experience is not critical but a passion to serve and help others is vital.

We are currently looking for Full Time Operations Manager to join our team.

The Role:-

The role is to ensure that all funeral parlours are well maintained and all arrangements are in place. In addition, the funeral parlour operations manager has to manage the reservations of the parlours.

Responsibilities:-

Ensure all parlours are cleaned in a timely manner for efficient turnaround

Ensure all equipment in the parlours are operational and well maintained

Prepare the funeral parlour in accordance to the religion and wishes of the bereaved family

Ensure that reserved parlours are recorded in the booking system

Overview and Maintenance of building facility

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:-

Min 4 years’ experience at a funeral parlour or in the funerary industry

Industry Knowledge of religious, cultural, customs and burial practices

Independent self-starter with strong problem solving and organising skills

Conversant with basic computer software

Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

Those with embalming or columbarium experience are encouraged to apply

Those without industry experience but have an interest in elevating the after-life industry are also welcome to apply.
