Operations Manager

Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality. This role involves strategic planning, process improvement, team leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations across departments to ensure seamless business processes.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
• Coordinate with department heads to align operational activities with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to build a high-performing operations team.
• Identify and mitigate risks to operational efficiency.
• Evaluate vendor performance and manage supplier relationships.
• Prepare reports and present operational insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in an operations management or similar role.
