Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team to meet daily operational goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
• Manage scheduling, delegation of tasks, and performance monitoring
• Provide training and mentorship to team members
• Handle customer inquiries or issues and escalate when necessary
• Prepare reports and updates for management
• Assist in stock inventory checks and ordering supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in FnB Industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in basic computer systems (e.g., MS Office)
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays (if applicable)
