Job Description

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including local and international deliveries, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise warehouse activities to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to achieve timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy through systematic stock management and proper documentation.
Generate and present operational reports to support management decisions and performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations and company policies.
Review and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and productivity.
Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and warehouse performance.
