Orbital Welder

We are looking for a responsible Orbital Welder for designing, cutting, and permanently joining stainless steel tube together through the application of appropriate welding techniques.

• Welding stainless steel tubing and associated components using orbital welding machine.
• Assists fix up and site installation.
• Assist in NDT process, hydrostatic and tolerance tests on welded parts to verify weld quality and conformance to specification.
• Maintain of good housekeeping at workplace all the time.
• Perform other duties as and when required by your superior.
• Able to perform welding operation under extreme conditions such as inclement weather and limited workspace.

Technical skills

• Basic TIG welding skill
• Orbital welding
• Able to read technical drawings.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Soft skills

• Possess a good work attitude and must be meticulous organized reliable and able to handle work pressure well.
• Basic oral and written communication skills

Education Level

• Minimum holding a Sec 3 education.
• BCSS - Optional
• Orbital Welding certificate would be an advantage.

BUT those do not have the mentioned certificates, you can still apply based on past similar working experiences. Company will send you to these welding courses when necessary.
