🏗️ Hiring: Overall Site Supervisor / Engineer (Full-Time) 🏗️
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Overall Site Supervisor/Engineer to join our dynamic team in delivering high-quality construction projects with precision, safety, and efficiency.
📌 Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Interpret Architectural & Structural Drawings: Decipher the relationship between architectural and structural drawings and ensure accurate envelope control of levels across storeys.
- Read TBM and Gridlines: Fully understand TBM (Temporary Benchmarks) and grid line references (A-Z, 1-99) for site planning and layout.
- Piling & Foundation Expertise:
Comprehend cut-off levels (COL) during piling phases.
Familiar with ECC (Engineering Construction Control) requirements.
Knowledge of PLT (Plate Load Test) and PDA (Pile Driving Analyzer) for foundational load testing.
- RC Trench & ERSS Handling: Capable of overseeing reinforced concrete trench construction and Excavation and Retention Support Systems (ERSS).
- Strong Structural Understanding:
Good grasp of structural load logic.
Familiar with floor beams, pile caps, cantilever beams, column-beam systems, and load transfer alignments.
- Smooth Interface Transitioning:
Coordinate and manage the interface between structural and architectural works.
Seamlessly transition site activities from structural to masonry and architectural finishing phases.
- Roofing & Waterproofing Knowledge: Understand various roofing and waterproofing systems and requirements across different zones of the project.
- On-Site Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with a builder (not in an office-based role).
Solid track record supervising active construction sites.
