Job Title: Packer

Role Overview:

As a Packer in our e-commerce fulfillment center, you will be responsible for preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipping. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in excellent condition and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from inventory based on order slips or digital order systems.
• Carefully pack products using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Label packages correctly with shipping labels, invoices, and any necessary documentation.
• Ensure all orders meet quality standards before shipping.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work environment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Work with other team members to meet daily order fulfilment targets.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or packing role is a plus.
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg above.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or order management systems.
• Experience with barcode scanners and packaging machinery.

Working Conditions:

• Physical role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
• Mandarin speaking working environment.
• Able to read Chinese characters and liaise with Chinese Speaking colleagues.

Working Hour: Monday to Friday - 6pm to 10pm
