Part Time baker cum barista needed in the North! Urgent hire! small cozy cafe in the North

Location:

• 14 Jalan Tampang, 758958

Salary:

• $12/h weekdays $14/h weekends PH double pay
• monthly laundry allowance of $20

Working hours & commitment:

• 8am-8pm closed on Mondays & Tuesdays
• min 5 hours commitment per shift
• weekend availability.
• Able to commit min 6 months

Job Description:

• Help out with barista duties on days where we are short on manpower.
• Bake and prepare breads & cakes from scratch ensuring quality and consistency in every item
• Ensure bakes and beverages meet SOP set by the cafe visually & taste wise
• Work w precision while maintaining creative flexibility for seasonal & special items
• Maintain a clean, organised & safe work environment in the kitchen and barista area including proper handling of ingredients & tools by following SOP
• Work closely w team members to ensure smooth service & customer satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a small close knit team w good time management for bakes
• Help w inventory & ensure ingredients are stocked, stored correctly & rotated properly
• maintain housekeeping standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Experience in baking
• Quick learner
• Food safety certification
• Friendly, positive & creative
