Part-Time English Writing Teacher (Upper Primary)

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and stable part-time English Writing teacher to deliver structured upper primary classes (P5–P6) during weekday evenings in Yishun. You will lead lessons using provided frameworks and materials, ensuring clear instruction and detailed written feedback on students’ compositions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and structured English writing lessons to upper primary students (P5–P6) following the provided lesson framework and materials
• Provide detailed, constructive written feedback on students’ compositions to support their writing development
• Apply patient and meticulous marking techniques to ensure accurate assessment and improvement guidance
• Maintain reliability and commitment to teaching responsibilities for a minimum duration of one year

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate a strong command of written English to effectively teach and guide students
• Possess experience teaching upper primary English, preferably for P5–P6 levels

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to provide clear, structured writing guidance tailored to upper primary students’ learning needs
• Exhibit patience and meticulousness in marking and providing feedback to enhance student learning outcomes
