Job Summary

We are seeking a Personnel Manager to oversee employee administration, payroll, and compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment processes to attract and onboard qualified candidates, maintaining accurate employee records to support workforce management
• Administer payroll, leave, attendance, and employee benefits to ensure timely and accurate compensation and entitlements
• Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and internal policies by monitoring regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments
• Manage employee relations by addressing discipline and grievance issues promptly to maintain a positive work environment
• Support performance appraisal processes by coordinating evaluations and generating HR reports to inform management decisions

Required competencies and certifications

• Proven experience in personnel or HR administration
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and organizational skills
