•  Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships
•  Offer professional advice and recommendations on pet-related products
•  Maintain store cleanliness and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

•  Pet owners or those with pet grooming experience are preferred
•  Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
•  Detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative
•  Good communication skills and a passion for customer service
•  Being bilingual in English and Chinese is an advantage
•  Must be willing to work in the Yishun area
