Pilates Studio Manager

About the Role:

Bhūmi Lifestyle is a growing wellness brand dedicated to promoting holistic health through Pilates and mindful movement. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and service-oriented Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Singapore studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person (by appointment)
• Oversee daily class schedules, including updates, cancellations, and minimum booking management
• Assist clients with rescheduling, cancellations, and refund processes
• Maintain and update monthly class calendars and daily sales reports
• Support teacher onboarding processes and internal communication
• Respond to social media and online enquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor studio facility, equipment upkeep, and inventory management
• Coordinate group and private class bookings
• Enforce studio policies, class package rules, and client service standards
• Handle client feedback, service recovery, and complaint management when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Eager to learn and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
• Able to react promptly and responsibly to ad-hoc tasks and operational needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic social media handling
• Previous experience in studio, retail, or customer service management is an advantagePassion for wellness, Pilates, or health-related industries preferred
• Must be able to read and write in both English and Chinese
• Must be a Singaporean or PR
