Planning Technician

Job Description

• Visual inspection: Walk along the pipeline, performing a line check to authorize hydrostatic testing.
• Mapping and documentation: Identify outstanding issues and record them in the piping folders.
• Operational safety: Ensure the line is free from interferences, obstacles, or unauthorized nearby activities.
• Reporting deviations or issues: Document and report any irregularities or pending items so that production can take action to complete the pipeline.
• Test support: Assist during pressurization, leak tests, or flushing, verifying the line's conditions.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marine/ Engineering/Electrical/ Mechanical, or related disciplines
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in construction planning in marine/ offshore related industry
• Experience with design-build and construction management at risk delivery methods
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to understand a demanding, technical and complicated construction program

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5.15pm

Friday: 8:00am – 4.30pm
