Precast Engineer

Job Description:

1. Responsible to delegate new enquiries for processing by drafters and verify the output.

2. Responsible to assign awarded projects to drafters to generate shop drawings, final material extract and related documents.

3. Responsible for attending to customers complain on technical or quality issues and follow up until resolve.

4. Responsible to identify and enlist the latest authority regulations with regards to technical specifications for presentation to management.

5. Responsible to update relevant sections of monthly report and submit to Technical Manager

6. Responsible to conduct spot sampling and inspection for incoming material in Logistics warehouse.

7. Responsible to compile presentation materials and upkeep database on technical matters for organizational knowledge.

8. Attend internal coordination meetings to discuss technical matters, project progress, and engineering requirements.

9. Ensure achievement of departmental and individual goal aligning with corporate goal.

10. Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower.

11. Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standard.

12. Ensure Technical Team abide with Company Directive and OPPs.
    
    

Job Requirement:

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  
  

Experience Required:

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience:

• In coordination work with main contractors/consultants on precast detailing for building projects as precast manufacturer.

• Supervising drafters on precast shop drawings with steel reinforcement detailing for concrete building components

• Possess ability to utilize consultants structural and architectural drawing to propose precast shop drawing or person in charge for producing construction drawing for concrete staircase, column, beam, wall and slab.
  
  OR

• Experience as site engineer using concrete structural drawing or construction drawing for reinforced concrete building projects for supervision of construction works.

• Experience in 2D elements and 3D volumetric lift shafts, household shelter, PBU and PPVC projects would be preferred.
