🔹 L1 & L2 Teachers

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences for young children.
• Create a warm, engaging, and safe environment that supports children’s holistic growth.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with ECDA, licensing, and centre policies.
• Work collaboratively with the teaching team to uphold the centre’s vision and values.

Requirements

• Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching / Early Years certifications, recognised by ECDA).
• ECDA certification as L1 or L2 teacher.
• ARS certification is an added advantage.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player with a positive and caring attitude.
