Job summary 

Micron is seeking a Singapore‑based Principal Program Manager of Talent Branding and Recruitment Marketing to localize and activate our global employer brand strategy in the Asia market. Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Brand, this role focuses on understanding local talent trends, adapting global messaging and delivering targeted, in‑market recruitment marketing activities that support hiring needs. You will help identify local insights, risks and opportunities, and ensure they are surfaced to global leadership to guide ongoing strategies and execution. 

In this role, you will partner closely with Micron’s Asia Talent Acquisition, Global Communications & Marketing, and other regional stakeholders to deploy recruitment marketing initiatives, support candidate‑facing campaigns and enable teams with market‑relevant content and tools. Your work ensures that Micron’s global employer brand is effectively translated and activated across Asia. 

The ideal candidate brings strong execution skills, a deep understanding of local talent markets and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable turning global strategy into localized plans, collaborating across teams, and tracking the performance of small‑scale campaigns and initiatives. 

Core Responsibilities 

Local Market Understanding (20%) 

  • Stay abreast of local competitors, messaging and positioning 

  • Understand labor market trends influencing hiring, talent strategies 

  • Micron Asia market strategies 

  • Asia market needs, gaps, challenges 

Global Strategy Deployment (40%) 

  • Execute global strategy 

  • Enhance and/or customize local strategies for local relevancy 

  • Keep local stakeholders abreast of global strategies, in partnership with Director of Global Talent Brand 

Local Recruitment Marketing Activation (20%) 

  • Consult with local stakeholders on recruitment marketing activities to ensure global strategy is localized for market relevance 

  • Plan and develop local market campaigns aligned to global strategy 

  • Provide regional insight to talent brand vendors to ensure localized recruitment marketing tactics are aligned to global strategy 

  • Define, track and report on campaign business impact 

Partnership and Enablement (20%) 

  • Active member of global Talent Brand community 

  • Support cross market/region projects and initiatives 

  • Elevate issues, challenges and risk with recommended solutions 

Candidate Profile / Job Requirements  

Minimum Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 

  • 6+ years of experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing or related communication roles 

  • Demonstrated experience executing and coordinating regional programs within a global framework 

  • Ability and willingness to travel across Asia (~20–30%).

What to expect 

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating regional talent brand programs within a globally defined strategy. You will serve as a trusted regional operator, translating global direction into high-quality, on-the-ground execution while ensuring consistency, alignment and local relevance.  

This is a hands-on delivery-oriented role. You will not be expected to set global or regional talent brand strategy, but your insights will localize the strategy for Asia markets, and you will be accountable for ensuring programs are executed accurately, on time and to standard across the region. 

How you will contribute 

You will execute regional talent brand campaigns, initiatives and always-on programs in alignment with global strategy, timelines and priorities. You will coordinate across recruiting, the People team, communication and external partners to deliver consistent and effective regional activation. You will manage agencies, vendors and shared services supporting regional execution, ensuring quality, efficiency and adherence to brand standards. You will localize global assets and messaging to meet regional market needs while protecting brand integrity. You will oversee campaign operations, including timelines, approvals, asset deployment and post-campaign reporting. You will track and report on performance metrics, surfacing insights, risks and execution gaps to global partners. You will serve as the primary regional point of contact for Asia talent brand execution, proactively communicating status, dependencies and escalations. You will continuously improve execution processes, documentation and ways of working enable scale and consistency. Success will be measured by operational excellence, collaboration and the ability to deliver complex programs reliably across markets. 

Successful candidates are detail-oriented, organized and able to balance competing priorities while maintaining quality and consistency. They are comfortable working in matrixed environments and delivering against tight timelines without constant direction.
