Printing Staff

Job Description:

• Stationed in the designated printing room assigned by the Authority.
• Process printing requests from staff members in a timely manner.
• Fulfil all printing requests within 3 working days (excluding the day of request submission).
• Perform printing, copying, collation, fastening, laminating, binding, and related tasks.
• Monitor, maintain, and replenish consumables required for machine operations.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure printing machines are functional and operational.
• Update job status and assist in monthly tabulation of printing volume.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the printing work area.
• Provide simple administrative and operational support as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, HOD, Admin Manager, or Operations Manager.
• Possess the ability to speak and read simple English.

Requirement:

• Proficient in spoken and basic written
• minimum PSLE or equivalent certificate
• preferably has 1 year working experience in printing
• preferably has 1 year of experience working in schools
• physically fit, meticulous, independent, efficient and pro-active.
• basic PC skills (using of email and Micosoft Office)
