Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Documenting and definng the Factory & Production processes and procedures across the Group
• Recommend and implement improvements to process and process automation
• Deploy and implement the Production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas
• Manage the next-gen production system for switchgear manufacturing and assembly
• Responsible for the Audit and Compliance of Factory and Process Engineering across the Group
• Any other duties related to operations and process engineering

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in process engineering in the manufacturing environment
• Have initiative, able to work independently
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and written and presentation skills
• Proficient in speaking and writing Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers
• Able to travel overseas
