Process Engineering Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Department: Multi Layered Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) production

Reports to: Director

Functional relationships:

- MLCC Production , Production Engineering, Production Control in Singapore, Japan, China, Philippines factory.

POSITION PROFILE:

The position is to create new value and contribute by enhancing the strengths of each member and the overall strength of the team, thereby increasing the value generated by the team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• To set mid to long-term strategies and goals, and achieve those goals and create value through organizational strength based on internal and external situation.
• Continue to strengthen the foundation of our company by nurturing self-motivated human resources who contribute continuously to society and the company.
• Build a connection with Japan HQ.
• Enhance engineering mindset.
• Effectively transferring technical knowledge and expertise to subordinates.
• Develop the career plans of subordinates.
• Create and provide opportunities for growth of subordinates.
• Enhance engagement and enablement.
• Promote inter-organisational collaboration to ensure cross-functional team functions effectively.

Ability/Competency required:

• Master Degree in Engineering field.
• Minimum 4 years working experience in Electronic components manufacturing process engineering field.
• Business level English speaking & writing skills to support communication with Japan and other oversea affiliate.
• Having logical thinking, and being meticulous with good attention to details.
• Dedicated team player with strong job commitment.
• Having proactive attitude and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
