Production Assistant Shift Leader / Shift Leader (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

• Responsible to organize and manage manpower allocation, to achieve and maximize production output and efficiency.
• To reduce Operation Downtime and Machine Downtime.
• To monitor and report daily scrap on a timely basis.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assigning and arranging manpower to optimize production output
• To control operation downtime and machine downtime, report to Production Supervisor in time
• Control daily scrap and report high scrap
• Prepare daily production reporting (shift)
• Prepare and ensuring Stock Movement Form to warehouse is timing and accurate
• To monitor and report any continuous defective parts
• Other duties assigned as & when required.

Daily Shift Allowance + Monthly Attendance Bonus + Overtime applicable (with T&Cs)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:45pm to 07:00am

Working Location: Yishun
