Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
Oversee grinding, blending, drying, packaging, and storage processes of spices to maintain consistency and hygiene.
Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards in compliance with ISO, HACCP, and local food regulatory requirements.
Monitor and improve production efficiency, reducing downtime and minimizing waste.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for audits and internal reviews.
Utilize SAP Production Planning (PP) module to manage production orders, monitor work-in-progress, and ensure data accuracy across production cycles.
Manage production staff including training, scheduling, evaluating performance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Collaborate with procurement & QC to ensure smooth operations and inventory management.
Investigate and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and quality deviations.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each stage of the production process.
Participate in product development and process improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in food production or manufacturing, preferably dried food sector.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with production equipment and preventive maintenance.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and process-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is an advantage.
