Key Responsibilities:
- Loading Raw Materials: Efficiently and safely handle raw materials, ensuring they are correctly processed for production.
- Packing: Skillfully pack products in bags and cartons, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Palletization: Organize and secure products on pallets for storage and shipment.
- Ad-hoc Activities: Engage in various tasks such as weighing, equipment checks/maintenance, and washing to ensure smooth operations.
- Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain production records, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Protocol Adherence: Follow all protocols closely to ensure product consistency and safety.
- Product Labelling: Apply labels to products accurately, ensuring all information is correct and visible.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products are produced according to specified quality standards.
- Overtime Work: Be willing to work overtime as required to meet production goals.
- Factory & Warehouse Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Ability to read and understand English.
- ISO Standards: Operate effectively under ISO standard protocols.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate strong team player capabilities.
- Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to SFA Food Safety Protocols and company procedures.
- Instruction Compliance: Follow instructions closely and accurately.
- Physical Capability: Able to handle 20-25 kg bags comfortably.
