Production Operator

Trio Packaging Industrial Pte Ltd, founded in1977,is a packaging manufacturer that focuses on creating custom carton boxes with flexo printing. We provide delivery services and design events and exhibition structures from corrugated cardboard. Our online shop also offers a diverse selection of innovative corrugated cardboard products, activity sheets, festival decorations, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment according to the production schedule to ensure smooth processes.

• Monitor equipment status, adjust as needed, or report any issues.

• Maintain a clean work area, ensuring a safe and hygienic production environment.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

• Assist in the routine maintenance of equipment.

• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Printing experience in a carton factory is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidate without experience.

• Forklift driving license preferred (training available for those without a license, subject to performance evaluation)

• Strong learning ability and adaptability

• Responsible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure

• Follow the instructions of the team leader and factory manager

• Able to lift heavy stuff

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced.
