The Programme Executive supports seniors to adopt an active lifestyle and pre-empt their social isolation. Additionally, the role refers seniors to appropriate community care and social assistance when necessary. With Age Well SG initiatives, you work with primary care physicians (e.g. family doctor) to empower seniors to chart their own journey towards healthy and active lifestyles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of seniors to the Active Ageing Centre

• Plan and implement programmes and activities that seniors find interesting and beneficial.

• Monitor and support seniors to age well in the community

• Engage and collaborate with community partners in meaningfully engaging seniors.

• Recruit ,support and coach volunteers as they play an important role in our ability to reach and engage the many seniors in our area of responsibility.

• Administrative and logistical support for activities and events

Pre-requisites:

• Passionate about working with seniors and volunteers.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good organising and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector, would be an advantage.
• Willingness to work beyond official work hours including weekends.
