Project Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsibles for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, progress measurement, risk management, and reporting.
• Establishs and manage project schedule development, review, and update processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with the overall master schedule.
• Develops a work-breakdown structure (WBS).
• Collaborates with Project Managers in the delivery of the project, managing project cost and scheduling activities to ensure smooth execution from the design phase to project closeout.
• Attends regular meetings and provide summary reports to the Project Management team, offering insights into key project parameters and critical decision-making information to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitors and provide monthly and weekly reports, including KPIs, with details on project progress, actuals, forecasts, and explanations of variances.
• Manages the monthly performance meetings.
• Identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing systems to deliver defined improvements in project planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience as a Project Services and Control Lead.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Primavera (preferred).
