Roles & Responsibilities

Project Executive/ Project Manager | Up to $5k / Multi Area

Office Location: Harvest @ Woodlands

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm / Saturday 8.30am-1pm
• Company Location: woodlands
• Salary: Up to $5000 (subject to experience and skills)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site project operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Coordinate project activities with Quantity Surveyors (QS), interior designer, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Supervise site progress, handle on-site issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Review and interpret technical drawings to understand project details and requirements.
• Prepare progress updates and reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in project coordination or site supervision.
• Fresh Grad are welcome
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
• Basic Knowledge in Interior Design will be a plus point
• Basic Knowledge in Building will be a bonus
