Project Coordinator

Job Description

• Lead and execute design and development projects assignment.
• Liaise with customers for project requirements and progress.
• Monitor and conduct site assessments landscaping work to ensure quality and timely completion
• Plan work schedules, manpower and equipment according to contract specifications.
• Attend to clients’ requests, meetings and provide solutions for landscape issues.
• Assist, prepare and submission of essential reports.
• Assist with materials procurement, nursery visit by architects / consultants, and special events, as required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required / assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Professional/WSQ Certificate in Horticulture and Landscape or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in MS office.
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
• Must be detail-oriented and self initiative
