PROJECT COORDINATOR

About the role

Seeking a talented and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the successful delivery of our projects (Term Contract & Adhoc Work).

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with clients, Managing Agent and Related InCharge Department to ensure seamless project coordination and communication.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate the procurement of materials and services required for project completion
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Provide administrative support, including documentation, record-keeping, and reporting

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role within the construction or interior design industry .
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficient in using project management software and tools
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and industry regulations
