Roles & Responsibilities
- To coordinate with clients, project team, sub-contractors to ensure project implementation smoothly.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- To work closely with Operation Manager for drawing review, update, and timely submission for approval.
- Manage the issuance and receipt of drawings and documents between the company and clients or vendors
to manage engineering and project document systematically.
- Assist communication with contractors, suppliers under responsible project manager or project engineer.
- Support logistics planning.
- Maintains document control database and files. Archives and disposing of outdated documents. Maintain
electronic and hard copy documentation.
- Assist in some administration duties like issue PO, DO and invoices and call answering.
